All of our handcrafted soap products are made with natural ingredients and fresh goat milk. Our soaps are cosmetic products intended for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you have known skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions please review the full ingredient list for each product carefully before purchasing and consult a medical professional if you have any concerns.
Food & Farm Products
Certain products sold through this website including quail eggs, quail meat, rabbit meat, and fertilized hatching eggs are agricultural and food products produced on a small family farm. By purchasing these products you acknowledge and agree to the following:
All food products are sold in accordance with applicable Ohio Department of Agriculture regulations governing small farm and cottage food sales. It is your responsibility to handle, store, prepare, and consume all food products safely and in accordance with current food safety guidelines.
Perishable products including fresh eggs and meat should be refrigerated promptly upon receipt and consumed within the recommended timeframe. We are not responsible for any illness, injury, or loss resulting from improper handling, storage, or preparation of perishable food products after they have left our farm.
Fertilized hatching eggs are a live agricultural product and hatch rates are never guaranteed. Many factors including shipping conditions, incubator calibration, humidity management, and handling are outside of our control and can affect hatch rates significantly. No refunds or replacements will be issued for unhatched eggs unless it can be clearly demonstrated that the eggs were damaged prior to shipment.
Live Animals
The sale of live animals including pedigreed show rabbits is subject to a separate sales agreement provided at the time of purchase. All live animal sales are final. We make every effort to accurately represent the health, pedigree, and condition of our animals at the time of sale. However we cannot be held responsible for the health or condition of any animal after it has left our farm and care. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide appropriate housing, nutrition, veterinary care, and husbandry for any animal purchased from The Burrow Rabbitry.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hull's Hare and Hoof and The Burrow Rabbitry shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website, the purchase of any product, or the use of any information provided herein. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of data, personal injury, or property damage.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to a purchase made through this website shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
